Classification of wire rod
The wire is generally made of ordinary carbon steel and high-quality carbon steel. 11. 12. Spring steel hot rolled wire (GB1222-84) Spring steel is used to make springs or other elastic components of steel. Springs and elastic components mainly use their elastic denaturation to absorb and store energy, so as to alleviate vibration, shock or make the parts complete certain actions. 13. Ball bearing steel hot rolled wire (YB9-68), ball bearing steel referred to as bearing steel, is used to manufacture all kinds of rolling bearing rings (bushing) and rolling body (ball) steel. Due to the particularity of its use, bearing steel is required to have high and uniform hardness and wear resistance, high elasticity and fatigue strength. Adequate toughness and hardenability, while having a certain corrosion resistance in atmospheric environments or lubricants.
